  "Linearity" is about following the linear nature of musical expression - not conforming to standard song structure to make something catchy or palatable, simply doing what feels right. This embodies why I continue to make music and what will undoubtedly drive me going forward - that exploratory sense of not knowing what will come out the other end once the writing is done.
  
  The final track "Linear" is the ultimate realization of this vision, recorded in one take starting with bass, then drums, then guitar. I hope to show the world more than just a shiny finished product - I hope to give an idea into the songwriting process and what inspires me to move from section to section.
